Product Description

Lentinus edodes extract is mainly used as a raw material for medicine and health food. Lentinan in lentinus edodes is an anti-tumor component with a molecular weight of 1 million. In addition, it also contains ingredients that lower blood lipids - lentinus edodes, lentinus edodes adenine and adenine derivatives. Lentinus edodes extract contains very high levels of unsaturated fatty acids, and also contains a large amount of ergosterol and fungosterol that can be converted into vitamin D, which has a good effect on enhancing disease resistance and preventing colds and treatment. Regular consumption is beneficial for preventing rickets caused by blood phosphorus and blood calcium metabolism disorders caused by vitamin D deficiency in the human body, especially infants, and can prevent various mucosal and skin inflammation diseases in the human body. Lentinus edodes (lentysin) contained in lentinus edodes can prevent vascular sclerosis and lower blood pressure. Serum cholesterol-lowering ingredients have also been isolated from lentinus edodes.

Ingredients and properties
The edible part of dried shiitake mushrooms accounts for 72%, and each 100g of dry product contains 18.64g of crude protein, 4.8g of crude fat, 61.4g of carbohydrates, 9.6g of crude fiber, 1548.08kJ of calories, and 5.5g of ash. The main ingredients are as follows:

1. Polysaccharides and proteins
Shiitake mushroom polysaccharides are polysaccharides of uniform components extracted, separated and purified from its fruiting bodies. They are its main components and have anti-tumor activity. The molecular formula is (C6H10O5)n, and the molecular weight ranges from 16,000 to millions. The proteins in shiitake mushrooms are mainly albumin, glutenin, and alcohol-soluble protein (100:63:2), and their molecular weights are mainly from 20kDa to 40kDa. There are 18 main amino acids that make up proteins (the highest content is glutamic acid), including 7 essential amino acids.

2. Steroids
Steroid compounds are a major chemical component of the fat-soluble components of shiitake mushrooms. 100g of new sample contains 103.8mg of total steroids. The compounds that have been isolated from them include common ergosterol and peroxyergosterol.

3. Polyphenols
The total polyphenol content in shiitake mushrooms was measured by colorimetry to be about 4mg/g (dry weight).

4. Fatty acids
Fatty acid compounds account for about 2% of shiitake mushrooms, of which unsaturated fatty acids account for about 77%, mainly including oleic acid (8.3%), linoleic acid (68.8%), and linolenic acid (0.6%), and saturated fatty acids mainly include palmitic acid (19.2%), stearic acid (2.7%), and arachidic acid (0.4%).

5. Nucleotide compounds
Nucleic acid compounds include cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate), cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate), and cCMP (cyclic cytidine monophosphate). The unique purine compound shiitake purine is also called shiitake mushroom purine.

6. Vitamin and mineral compounds
Including calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, B2, niacin, etc.

Efficacy
1. Improve the body's immune function
Lininus edodes polysaccharide can improve the phagocytic function of mouse peritoneal macrophages, promote the production of T lymphocytes, and increase the killing activity of T lymphocytes.

2. Delay aging
The water extract of shiitake mushrooms has a scavenging effect on hydrogen peroxide and has a certain elimination effect on hydrogen peroxide in the body.

3. Anti-cancer and anti-cancer
Another compound contained in shiitake mushrooms - shiitake purine (also known as erythropogon purine) can lower cholesterol levels. The antioxidant content of shiitake mushrooms is 12 times that of malt and 4 times that of chicken liver. Compared with matsutake mushrooms and maitake mushrooms (also known as bay leaf polypores, commonly known as cloud mushrooms, chestnut mushrooms, and lotus mushrooms), it has a stronger effect in lowering blood pressure and resisting cancer.

4. Lowering blood pressure, blood lipids and cholesterol
Shiitake mushrooms contain purine, choline, tyrosine, oxidase and certain nucleic acid substances, which can lower blood pressure, cholesterol and blood lipids, and prevent diseases such as arteriosclerosis and liver cirrhosis.

5. Treating diseases
Shiitake mushrooms also have a therapeutic effect on diabetes, tuberculosis, infectious hepatitis, neuritis, etc., and can also be used for indigestion, constipation, etc.
